This two day EBHC Leadership course will focus on an explanation and understanding of Leadership and how that is expressed in healthcare environments. 

Course Description

During the two days the training will also unwrap areas such as leadership values, ethics and change as we seek answers to how healthcare Leaders will emerge and evolve to adapt to a very different post Covid environment.

The learning objectives for the meeting will include:

• An introduction to key components of leadership and how it can be applied in their own settings
• The key elements needed to build and maintain successful teams
• The “real-world” skills to challenge and implement leadership strategy in healthcare settings
