Cancellation fee for late notice cancellations of Diagnostic Assessments

The Disability Advisory Services operates the following policy in regard to fees for cancellation of diagnostic assessments appointments:

if more than 3 days’ notice is given there will be no cancellation charge;

if cancellation is given with less than 3 days’ notice and we are unable to book another student into the appointment, there will be a cancellation charge of £200
