All members of all Reuben Societies and Clubs are invited to attend our first Reuben Societies' Formal dinner: a special end of year celebration.

Menu:

Starter: Roasted Celeriac Velouté, Bramley apple, crispy sage, toasted hazelnut

Main Veg Option: Roasted Hispi Cabbage & Wild Mushroom, Pearl barley, thyme and mushroom jus, crispy kale

Main Meat Option: Slow-Braised Beef Short Rib, Blue Cheese Pomme Puree, Winter Vegetables, Red Wine Jus

Dessert: Dark Chocolate Delice, Spiced poached pear, oat crumble, pear sorbet
