Organisational Behaviour in Health Care (OBHC) Conference 2026DescriptionThe conference will examine how health and care organisations navigate the demands of sustainability. Earlier conferences have considered adaptation and resistance to policy change, innovation and transformation, and the dynamics of power, leadership, and culture. This year’s focus extends these discussions by exploring what it means to sustain change within complex systems and how to use health resources—including people, technologies, and infrastructure—in responsible and sustainable ways. It also encourages broader reflection on environmental and social sustainability in the context of the climate emergency and global interdependence. The theme is expected to draw contributions from researchers working in diverse contexts, including high-income and low-resource settings, and from across the global south and global north. A pre-conference workshop will take place on 7 April at the Gibson Building, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter. Please add this item to your basket at checkout if you wish to attend. Optional activities, including a walking tour and additional dinner tickets for accompanying guests, are also available. These additional items can also be added to your basket once you select your ticket option below. Information about ticket types: Academic Early Bird Ticket (available until midnight on 28 February)
