INFORMS Conference on Service Science 2025

Description

The 2025 INFORMS Conference on Service Science will take place at the King’s Centre, Oxford, from 1 to 3 July. The event will feature two days of sessions at the King’s Centre, a reception and formal three-course dinner at St Peter's College, Oxford, and a walking tour to round off a fantastic Oxford experience.


The conference will bring together researchers, educators, and industry leaders to discuss ground-breaking advancements and applications in service science. With the theme AI, Society, and Digital Transformation, it will serve as a platform to share innovative research, engage with emerging technologies, and explore the profound impacts of AI and digital transformation on society and industry.

Early bird tickets will be available until midnight on 20 May. These tickets include access to the conference sessions and refreshments, as well as the formal dinner at St Peter's College.


The 90-minute Oxford walking tour is an optional activity and can be purchased separately. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the city's historic landmarks and colleges. The tour will take place on Thursday from 11:00 to 12:30.

Welcome to the Operations & Supply Chain Management  (OSCM) workshop hosted by Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (14-15 July 2025). 

Join UK-based scholars for discourse and discussion on important questions and challenges facing operations and supply chains. 

On Monday night, we will dine at Balliol College. Enjoy dinner at one of Oxford’s oldest colleges, founded in 1263, and the oldest academic institution in the English-speaking world still on its original site.
