StatisticsStatisticsAdaptive Immune Receptors: Structural modelling and immunoinformaticsDescriptionAdaptive immune receptors are not only key mediators of the immune response but are also the basis for hundreds of approved therapeutics and diagnostics. Throughout this one-day meeting, we will hear from world-leading computational researchers who develop and apply in silico methods such as structure-aware machine learning to predict the characteristics of antibodies, nanobodies, and T-cell receptors. This includes the evolving fields of structure and conformational ensemble prediction, repertoire immunoinformatics, and biopharmaceutical informatics: from developability prediction to binder design based on grafting, mutational, or de novo approaches. A poster session will take place over lunch; three talk slots (15 min talk + 5 minute questions) will be allocated on merit from consenting poster abstracts submitted by Friday 9th February, 2024 https://forms.office.com/e/8aauPAzzcS Please register early as spaces are limited. Please note the early bird registration period has been extended until 23:59 GMT on 4th March
