Showcase your laboratory services or equipment to the heart of Oxfordshire’s thriving scientific community at our popular BioEscalator Mini Supplier Shows.

Held on the first Tuesday of each month (excluding August) in our vibrant Hub area, these intimate events are limited to just four suppliers per date, offering maximum exposure and direct engagement with researchers and innovators.

⚠️ Please Note:

• Each supplier may only book one table at one show per calendar year.

• Spaces are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is strongly recommended to secure your preferred date.

Your booking includes:

• One exhibition table in the BioEscalator Hub

• Promotion of your attendance across our network

• High-speed internet access

• On-site parking

• Access to kitchen facilities

Terms & Conditions:

• To ensure fair opportunity for all, each supplier may book only one space at one event annually.

• Your space is only secured once full payment has been received. A confirmation email and event details will follow your payment receipt.

• No wet experiments or equipment demonstrations permitted at the event.

Cancellation Policy:

• 15+ working days before event: Full refund

• 7–14 working days before event: 50% refund

• 6 or fewer working days before event: No refund

• If BioEscalator cancels the event: 100% refund
