⚠️ Please Note:

·     One Show Per Supplier Per Year - Due to high demand, each supplier may only book one table at one show per calendar year, to ensure a fair opportunity for all. 

This policy is strictly enforced. Bookings beyond this limit will not be accepted.

• Payment is by credit card only via the Online Store.
• You’ll receive an immediate receipt from the Online Store, followed by a confirmation email with full event details within two working days.

Unable to pay by credit card? We can issue an invoice if needed. Please contact us to arrange alternative payment.

Terms & Conditions:

• Due to high demand, each supplier may only book one table at one show per calendar year, to ensure a fair opportunity for all. This policy is strictly enforced. Bookings beyond this limit will not be accepted.
• Your space is only secured once full payment has been received.
• No wet experiments or equipment demonstrations permitted at the event.
• Due to space restrictions, a maximum of two representatives per organisation may attend the show.

Cancellation Policy:

·        15+ working days before event: Full refund

·        7–14 working days before event: 50% refund

·        6 or fewer working days before event: No refund

·        If BioEscalator cancels the event: 100% refund
