🍽 Dinner: Optional conference dinner (additional fee) at The Queen’s College, with drinks at 18:00 and dinner at 19:00
🛏 Accommodation: A limited number of rooms are available at The Queen’s College (additional fee) on Sunday 14 and Monday 15 September.

Accommodation: available until 11 August
Dinner tickets: available until 25 August
Conference-only tickets: available until 1 September

Please note: Conference, dinner, and accommodation tickets must be purchased in a single transaction. If you need to make changes (e.g. to cancel or add tickets later), please contact pei.events@sbs.ox.ac.uk. Do not attempt to amend your booking through the online system.

Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds for conference and dinner tickets are available for cancellations received by 25 August. Unfortunately, accommodation fees are non-refundable.
