Exhibitor Package – £480.00 (inc. VAT)

Showcase your products, services and expertise to Oxford's thriving life sciences community at the BioEscalator Mini Supplier Show.

Your booking includes:

• One exhibition table in the BioEscalator Hub
• Promotion via the BioEscalator website, email communications and LinkedIn
• High-speed Wi-Fi access
• On-site parking (up to two vehicles)
• Access to kitchen facilities

Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment

Payment is by credit card via the Online Store.

Once payment has been completed, you will receive an automatic payment receipt from the Online Store.

Please note that a VAT invoice will not be issued for Online Store payments. The payment receipt should be retained and used for your accounts payable and expense records.

A booking confirmation email with full event details will be sent separately by the BioEscalator team within two working days.

If your organisation requires a VAT invoice or is unable to pay by credit card, please contact us before booking to arrange payment by invoice.

Terms & Conditions

• One show per supplier per academic year. Multiple bookings from the same supplier within the same academic year will not be accepted.

• Your exhibitor space is only secured once full payment has been received.

• No wet experiments or demonstrations involving hazardous materials are permitted.

• Due to space restrictions, a maximum of two representatives per organisation may attend the show.

Cancellation Policy

• 15+ working days before the event: Full refund

• 7–14 working days before the event: 50% refund

• 6 or fewer working days before the event: No refund

• If the BioEscalator cancels the event: 100% refund
