Once you have paid your deposit via the Online Store, please email [email protected] to arrange a time to collect your key. Present your University Card to the General Office Manager at the agreed time to receive your deposit key. Please note, keys will only be handed out after sight of your valid photographic ID.
Deposits will be returned to the payment card within 5 working days of receipt of the returned key.
