Conference: Past Environments for emerging worlds

This is the major annual conference of the Association for Environmental Archaeology, which brings together archaeologists working on environmental topics from academic and developer-funded archaeology across the UK and around the world.

This is an in-person conference but with hybrid facilites for those who can only join online. Please note that online attendance at the AEA conference is subject to the same fees as in-person attendance. 

A conference dinner will be held on December 13th at Continuing Education, Rewley House, Wellington Square.

Registration fees

The earlybird prices will be available until 20th September, after which the following fees will apply:

AEA Member, salaried - £100.00
Salaried, non-member - £120.00
AEA member, student/retired/unwaged - £50.00
Student/retired/unwaged, non-member - £60.00
