Detailed Description

•    Annual Fee: £500
•    Use Limit: Up to 100 single uses annually
•    Licence Term: 12 months from payment received
•    Licence Grants: The right to use the EDE-Q for commercial purposes

Conditions:
o    The EDE-Q must be reproduced exactly, including all items and response categories
o    Full copyright and attribution must be included
o    Use must not exceed the licensed volume
o    Usage statistics must be provided upon request
o    Renewal is the responsibility of the licensee – no reminders will be issued
o    No support or additional services are included
o    Payment must be made via the designated online store using a credit card. No other payment methods are accepted.

•    The measure is reproduced exactly, including all items and response categories
•    Full copyright and attribution are included
