Careers Reboot Programme 2025

The Quarter-Life Career Reboot residential course, hosted by Oxford University Careers Service at St Anne’s College, is an exclusive 5-day immersive retreat at the University of Oxford for recent graduates who may be un- or under-employed, or looking for a new direction.

The course is designed to empower early-career professionals to gain clarity, reignite confidence, and map their next bold move. Set within the historic surroundings of an Oxford college, this all-inclusive experience combines  psychometric insights, 1:1 coaching from skilled and experienced careers advisers, access to mid-career alumni who can bring real-world experiences, and expert-led workshops for a transformational career and life reboot.
