AI in Education (AIEOU) Conference 2025

The inaugural AIEOU conference is scheduled from 15 to 17 September 2025.

15 September  - Welcome Reception (£50 per person): Join us at a drinks reception to connect with your fellow AIEOU collaborators.

16 September – Collaborator Convening  Day 1(free for all AIEOU Collaborators): Our dedicated day for all AIEOU collaborators to come together. Share research, insights, and emerging findings from across our four thematic streams. This is a key moment to showcase progress, align ideas, and deepen our shared vision.

16 September – Formal Oxford College Dinner (£120 per person): Enjoy the traditions of Oxford at a formal dinner in the St John’s College Dining Hall. Dress: Black tie.

17 September – Collaborator Convening Day 2 (free to attend): Join us for a dynamic exchange. Share research, insights, and emerging findings from across our four thematic streams. This is a key moment to showcase progress in tech and thinking, align ideas, and deepen our shared vision.

17 September – Farewell reception with dinner (£100 per person): Join us for a fun end to the conference with drinks, music and a casual dinner.
