•  Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire -  For this option click EDE-Q below.
•  Clinical Impairment Assessment - For this option click CIA below.
•  Eating Questionnaire for Adolescents - For this option click EDE-A below. 

Detailed Description
•    Annual Fee: based on Standard or Enterprise licence.
•    Use Limit: Standard - Up to 100, Enterprise - Over 100.
•    Licence Term: 12 months from payment received.
•    Licence Grants: The right to use the specified measure for commercial purposes.

Conditions:
•  The specified Measure must be reproduced exactly, including all items and response categories.
•  Full copyright and attribution must be included.
•  Use must not exceed the licensed volume.
•  Usage statistics must be provided upon request.
•  Renewal is the responsibility of the licensee – no reminders will be issued.
•  No support or additional services are included.
•  Payment must be made via the designated online store using a credit card. No other payment methods are accepted.

These specified Measures are freely available for non-commercial clinical and research use. No licence or permission is required, provided that:
•    The measure is reproduced exactly, including all items and response categories.
•    Full copyright and attribution are included.
•    Use is non-commercial in nature (i.e. not sold, licensed, or embedded in chargeable services/products).

Cancellation Policy: Fees are non-refundable once a licence has been purchased.
