RisingWISE is an award-winning and in-depth MPLS Enterprising Women programme which brings together women early career researchers from the universities of Oxford and Cambridge to meet with women working in industry who face similar challenges.

Detailed Description

RisingWISE enables early-career women* in academic STEM disciplines to unlock their potential, broaden horizons, and build networks for diverse career opportunities.
The course is a mixture of practical workshops and facilitated small group working. Participants will become more connected to other researchers and to women working in industry through knowledge exchange, with a growing network of women at all levels at their disposal to help them reach their full potential.

Two full days; coach transport for all participants provided and finishing at 1600 on Saturday.
