As a result, we are temporarily unable to offer some services, such as issuing certificates, diploma supplements and transcripts.

As an alternative, you may be eligible to request an electronic degree confirmation letter. Please contact us using [email protected] if you have any queries.

We will endeavour to process your orders and queries as soon we are able but please understand that this may take some time, and may exceed our normal/stated response times. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences that this may cause. We shall endeavour to get things back to normal as quickly as circumstances allow.

This option should be used to request a verification of award for a former student of the Department for Continuing Education.

If you need to verify any other award then you need to purchase this product from the Degree Conferrals Office. Failure to purchase the correct product will lead to a delay in the verification being processed.

Before this request can be fully processed you must email a ‘Consent to Disclosure’ form, signed by the student, to

with the email subject line as ‘Verification: [Your Online Store Order Number][Student Name]’. For example, 'Verification: OXF364515 Sophie Wright'

If you do not have your own consent form, you can download the University of Oxford form at the following address: http://www.ox.ac.uk/students/graduation/verification.

Please allow up to 21 days for receipt and please only make contact with the Continuing Education Registry if your request is outstanding after this time.
