Beyond Town and Gown: Transforming the University's Relationship with the Oxford(shire) Community For the past year, Prof. Alexander Betts has been working closely with the Vice-Chancellor as the University's Local and Global Engagement Officer. In this talk, he will speak about the University's approach to strengthening its relationship with the city, the county, and communities, and discuss insights from a series of pilot projects – aimed at addressing inequalities, expanding opportunities for young people, and supporting local government.
