Ruskin Undergraduate in-person Open Days 2024

Ruskin Undergraduate in-person Open Days 2024

Description

For people interested in applying for the BFA (undergraduate) degree programme.

  • Wednesday 26 June (in-person)
  • Thursday 27 June (in-person)

  • Friday 20 September (in-person AND virtual - please see below about how to register for the online event)

The Ruskin's in-person events will take place in the morning of each Oxford University Open Day.  We recommend that prospective candidates use the afternoon to visit colleges offering Fine Art places (see BFA-affiliated colleges on the RSA website) and attend other University events.

10am - 1pm: 128 Bullingdon Road, Oxford OX4 1QP (BOOKING RECOMMENDED)

The Ruskin's purpose-built site in East Oxford (studios, print studio, sculpture workshops, media lab & edit suites, and Project Space) will be open to visitors, with tours of the facilities before and after the BFA talk.

  • 11am - 12.30pm: Project Space, Bullingdon Road - talk and Q&As

The talk covers the BFA course content, teaching and resources at the Ruskin and information about the admissions process.

Booking is not essential but if you reserve your place, we can send you some advance information shortly before the Open Day. Reservations are free - only 1 place per booking.

Our Open Day events are always over-subscribed, so due to space limitations, we regret that only potential candidates can attend the talks and tours, and we are not able to accommodate accompanying family, carers and friends (except by special arrangement - see below). We thank you for your consideration and understanding that our priority is to include all prospective students who may be applying in October.

The Bullingdon Road site is fully accessible, but if you have special requirements, or need to be accompanied by a parent or carer, please contact the Ruskin office on [email protected] or phone 01865-276940 in advance of your visit.

For those unable to travel to Oxrord to attend in person, please join us for our online event on the morning of Friday 15 September. Please register here:
