What are different influencing styles and how do we flex and grow our influence as cultural sector leaders?

We will hear from Samenua Sesher on her approach, experience and tips for influencing groups and individuals.  There will be time to pose your questions to Samenua and for small group discussion to consider your own influencing style and opportunities to flex and grow your influence.

Following booking you will be sent a Zoom link and calendar invite for the session.

Please note that there are two options for payment for this 90 mins online event

A: £20, our accessible alumni fee
B: £35, our OCL supporter fee which will enable us to continue to provide accessible events for OCL alumni. This supporter fee has been introduced in response to alumni suggestions - please select this option if you are able to support OCL alumni events in this way.
