Registration for a 2-day face-to-face Introduction to Immunisations training, taking place at voco Oxford Thames Hotel, Henley Road, Sandford-on-Thames, Oxford, OX4 4GX.

 

Detailed Description

Deadline to register: Monday 26th May 2025
 
The Introduction to Immunisations training course is primarily targeted at healthcare professionals and healthcare support workers new to the role of administering, promoting, and advising on vaccination.
 
It is a 2-day course and delegates should attend both days.
 
The course content is:         
- aligned with Public Health England National Minimum Standards and core curriculum for immunisation training for registered healthcare practitioners
- focused on both adult and paediatric national immunisation programmes and policies (not travel vaccines)         
- aimed at all healthcare professionals and healthcare support workers who administer/advise about immunisations       
 - delivered by a range of immunisation specialists.
 
Delegates are advised to complete the sessions that are relevant to their role from the free e-Learning for Healthcare Immunisation course in advance of the training. It consists of 7 knowledge sessions.
