Course Description

Learn the theory and practice of using FSL for structural, functional and diffusion image analysis. The course is designed for people at all skill levels, from those with little or no experience through to intermediate users of FSL. This one week in-person course will offer live lectures and self-paced, hands-on, guided practicals with expert tutors. After completing the course, attendees should be able to analyse their own structural, functional and diffusion MRI data sets.

Each attendee will need to bring their own laptop (Mac, Windows, Linux) to access the cloud-based desktop.

We welcome all skill levels, and we have self-paced primer material to get you started before attending. The methods covered are primarily aimed at applications in basic science and clinical research (not clinical practice). We will be inclusive and we will support our diverse users at all career stages.

All lectures and practical material will be in English.

This course does not provide any CME credits.

You will need to arrange your own accommodation.
