Participation in the Formal Exchange requires attendance at both home and away legs, and there are 15 places available, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The away leg at St John’s College will take place on Thursday Week 6 (26.02), followed by the home leg at Reuben College on Thursday Week 7 (05.03) (Women's History Month Cultural Dinner).

The total cost of participation is £30, covering £15 for each leg of the exchange.

NOTE: The Away Exchange Only ticket is only valid if you have already purchased your Women's History Month Cultural Dinner ticket.

In attending this event all ticket-holders agree to adhere to all terms & conditions as stated on the listing / linked via: T&C's | Reuben College, and to follow all reasonable instructions from College staff and event organisers. The College reserves the right to remove any attendee it has reasonable belief is violating policies and instructions in force.
